Image quality scoring with PI-QUAL v2

A university group wanted to test whether readers agree most on very good and very poor image quality.
What we did: 12 readers scored about 350 images with 3 to 5 questions each.
Result: most reads were completed in under three months and the study was finished in under six.

Biparametric versus multiparametric MRI

A university hospital compared two protocols.
What we did: 120 patients and 5 radiologists, in two reading phases with an AI series added in the second.

What is PI-QUAL?

PI-QUAL (Prostate Imaging Quality) is a scoring system for the quality of prostate MRI, used alongside PI-RADS reporting. One reader study on the platform used PI-QUAL version 2 with 12 readers.
Can we compare bpMRI and mpMRI?

Yes. One hospital study had radiologists read the same patients in two phases, with an AI series added in the second.
Can we run a hands-on prostate MRI course?
