How does the calculator work out the costs?

The calculator takes six inputs about your study, number of sites, imaging modalities, patient volume, scan frequency, and geographic scope, and applies benchmarks derived from real-world imaging trials run on the Collective Minds platform. It produces a high-level estimate across the main imaging cost categories: data management, site coordination, and reading workflows.
How accurate are the results?

Accurate enough for early planning and feasibility discussions, not for final budgeting. The estimates are based on parameters from several hundred imaging trials, so they reflect realistic ranges rather than guesswork. That said, every study has its own complexity, and the numbers will vary based on protocol specifics. What does the estimate cover?
